It’s pretty phenomenal actually, how a tiny seed is the source of such magnanimity. So, it is a no-brainer they are packed with nutrients and vitamins and minerals that are essential for your body! I know. You’re going to argue, that’s a fruit, right? Well, now sit down and really think about it. Each tiny portion inside that pomegranate is a seed!
